VINIFICATION
After a soft pressing of grapes there is the alcohol fermentation strictly in white with a conservation in thermo conditioned steel tanks for 10/15 days. After that there is a long stopover in storage for all Winter and than there will be bottling in Spring

COMPOSITION CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: intense straw yellow
Scent: fragrant, intense and complex with hints of mature pear and field flowers and a slight note of the final crust of bread
Taste: delicate, fruity, balanced, with good persistence on the palate

PRODUCER’S RECOMMENDATIONS
Coupling: particularly suitable for fish dishes, shellfish starters, rise and vegetable pie
Service notes: to be served at 10-12°C
