This oil is obtained from a careful selection of olives of the best varieties. Olives are picked by hands and immediately subjected at the pressing. Composition characteristics recognized by more sophisticated palates and low acidity give the high quality of condiment indicated, particularly raw oil, to exalt the taste of many dishes. |
