Distilled in a new discontinuous still with water bath
At the end of this process is a grappa at 45% vol. which is conserved in stainless steel tanks
Colour: white crystalline
Scent: very intense, spicy, characteristic of the vineyard
Taste: soft, delicate and elegant, very harmonic
To be served at 16°C
